Living in immorality against the truth you hate
Woe to you! In an hour you shall fall

For too long your mindless indulgence has thrived
And where are the prophets
Where are all the good people
They're praying for wealth
In a church with six steeples
And where are the leaders
Where are all the preachers
They're out playing games
With Babylon's teachers
Woe to you! Church of this age
Joining in the mindless and reactionary rage
Woe to you! Lacking in sense
You're dulled by this culture's deadly influence
Woe to you! Who take the easy way out
You're blind in immaturity and discernment you're without
And all the merchants of the earth
And the kings of all nations
Join in Babylon's splendor
And all her abominations
Flee for your life!
Then her violence you'll avoid
True believers beware
She'll soon be destroyed
Woe to you! Babylon the Great
You won't escape the justice of your fate
Woe to you! Your sentence is grave
You "land of the free and home of the brave "
